Loadout: Rings 1, 3-6 MUST be removed on the loadout dates, which will be December 28 - 30th from 9am-4pm
Ring 2 items must be removed by February 28, 2024

Please note: Rings 1, 3-6 MUST be removed on the loadout dates. Rings 1, 3-6 loadout will be December 28 – 30th from 9am-4pm. A forklift will be provided during loadout times for small items only! Ring 2 items (grandstands, bleachers, LED signs, Buildings, etc.) must be removed by February 28, 2024. If items are not removed by said date it will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the landowners. Buyer will be responsible for removal of items purchased. Rigging & dismantling will be Buyer’s responsibility & expense. Please bring your own manpower, tools & equipment. All applicable sales tax applies. There will be NO payments taken at load out. Please call our office at 319.385.2000 to coordinate payment. A PAID receipt will be required at loadout. If you are unable to attend loadout, please send someone in your place with a PAID receipt.
